Boy Scouts

Do you enjoy the outdoors? Would you like to help build positive values and influence the future of our youth? We invite you to consider our own Troop 936, right here at St. Benedict's. This character development, leadership program is recognized around the world for its positive message and principles.

It is available to all boys who have completed the fifth grade, or are at least eleven years old, or who have earned the Arrow of Light award in Cub Scouting. We encourage you to give us a call, or come to one of our meetings. We have a well-rounded, mid-size troop. The program includes monthly campouts, summer camp (including high adventure) mostly in Colorado or New Mexico, various community service projects, advancement, and leadership opportunities. Our summer camp this year was at Camp Quivira, KS, while our high adventure group was hiking in Philmont, NM.

We meet on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 -4:30 pm in the Parish Hall Cafeteria on the North end.

Hope you can join us! For more information contact
